$50 to $125/hour

Business Software Installation:

Installation of off-the-shelf software with setup. Importing of records (data) from one program to another. Data clean up.   

 

$40 to $60/hour

PC and Software Training:

Personal or Group (Up to 5 Persons) training on word processing (Word®) , spreadsheets (Excel®), presentations (PowerPoint®), photography programs, Email, Internet, etc.   

 

 $30 to $100/hour

Other Technical Assistance:

Palm Pilots®, Cell Phones, Online Shopping, Research, Appliances, Caller ID, Voice Mail,  Telephone Set Up, CD Burning, Printer Set Up, DVD set up, Tivo®, Websites, Data Entry, etc.

 

 $25 to $60/hour

Document Development:

Creation of spreadsheets, word processing,
PowerPoint® or other software file to be used as a template or application. Proofreading, resumes, manuals, brochures, business cards, flyers—you name it!

 

 $25 to $60/hour

Telephone Support:

Basic PC and Software Support via telephone or dial up to your PC (dial up limited to Windows XP® machines with an internet connection).

 $7.50/15min
